How do I make an order using the online store?
Please search or browse the online store to locate the items you are looking for. When you find an item you wish to purchase, specify the quantity you wish to purchase, and click on the "add to basket" button to add the product to your shopping cart. The items will then appear in your basket (at the top right hand side of the page). Any items you have placed in your cart will also have a red tick with the words "in cart" under the product photo.

If you wish to alter quantities or view your cart in more detail, you can click on the "view basket" button. You may alter the quantity of any item in your shopping cart by entering the new quantity and clicking the "update" button. Please note that if the number you have entered is greater than our actual stock quantity, the lower number will appear and you will receive a message indicating that stock quantities are limited.

If you wish to shop for more items, click on "Continue shopping", or use the search facility to find your desired items. Once you are ready to checkout, please click on the "proceed to checkout", or "check out" button towards the bottom of your shopping cart.

During the checkout process- which takes place on our secure server - you will be asked for your address and payment details. Shipping costs will be displayed after you have entered the delivery address for your order, and before you enter your payment details.

Will I be charged VAT (Value Added Tax) on my purchases?
Only customers within the European Union will be charged VAT (currently set at 20%). If your order is being shipped outside of the European Union, please note that the VAT-free price will be confirmed when you contact our office on receipt of order.

What condition is your stock in?
The majority of our stock is new & unused or refurbished, despite its age. Where items have been scratched in storage, a description of the item's condition is provided in the item's listing on this Web site.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most card payments via our secure online Barclaycard system or PayPal, card payments via PayPal, and cheques drawn on a U.K. bank.
