What is your returns policy?
In the case of distance sales (sales made via email, the Internet or over the phone) you may cancel your order within 7 working days. If you choose to cancel your order, the goods must be returned to:

Returned goods must be suitably packed to help ensure their safe return - we request that the original packing materials are used for this purpose.

Where goods are returned for reasons other than loss, damage, or error on our part, you are liable for the return shipping costs. We ask that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt.
